Meet Indie – The First of Four

Every pet has their own story, their own quirks, and their own way of stealing hearts. For Indie, that charm is effortless — she’s the kind of dog who can melt you with one look.

Indie’s mom shares her home (and heart) with four dogs, each with their own personality. But Indie was the first to be immortalized in my art. Her portrait was a gift — a way for her mom to surprise her boyfriend with something that captured Indie’s warmth, beauty, and unique spirit.

That one gift set something in motion. Soon after, Indie’s mom reached out again — this time with a bigger dream: a set of four custom charms, one for each beloved pup. I’m still in the process of crafting them, making sure every detail reflects not just their appearance but their personalities.

Indie’s portrait holds a special place in this story — she’s the one who opened the door to this beautiful creative journey. She’s the first chapter in a four-part love letter to the dogs who make this family complete.
